Processing Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been received.
Each order is carefully hand-packed using suitable materials to ensure product safety.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Deliveries are carried out through one of the carriers selected by us via the boxtal platform, depending on the type of order and the delivery address.
Shipping times take effect and are communicated to you by the selected carrier from the moment the package is handed over by Apothisoeurs to the carrier.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left.
If the package is not collected within the timeframe set by the selected carrier, it will be returned to Apothisoeurs. You will then have the option of reshipping at your expense or receiving a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination country.
Free shipping for orders over €60 in mainland France.
Legal Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need for justification or penalty.
You can exercise this right by emailing us at apothisoeurs@gmail.com.
Your email must clearly state your wish to withdraw. Please include the following:

Customized, unsealed, or discounted items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:

Not on sale or discounted

In their original condition

In their original packaging and fit for resale
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
Once the return is received and the above conditions are met, the customer will receive a refund for the returned product(s) within 14 business days, via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
